Fiber hemp vs. marijuana

Marijuana and fiber hemp or dried hemp, although different, belong to the same family of Cannabis Sativa L. Marijuana, commonly considered illegal because of the THC substance that is responsible for altering consciousness. Legally or scientifically, marijuana is not a separate plant, dried cannabis is distinguished in Poland based on the concentration of THC produced. Plants in which the concentration exceeds 0.2% THC are considered illegal.

Hemp, or dried hemp CBD, is legal in Poland as well as most countries. Fiber hemp is a Cannabis Sativa plant in which the concentration of THC does not exceed 0.2%.

How do they differ from each other? Although they belong to the same family, the differences in each strain suggest about the plant's ability to produce THC or CBD. Over the decades, breeders through a selection process have bred strains with very high concentrations of CBD or THC, although the plants belong to the same family.
